Operator Payment Default. If Operator shall fail to pay any amounts set forth in Exhibit D which failure continues for more than thirty (30) days from receipt of written notice from Owner that such amount is due, then Operator shall be in default ("Operator Payment Default") and Owner shall have the following remedies:
