Operator III Clause Samples
The 'Operator III' clause defines the rights, responsibilities, or specific conditions applicable to a third-party operator involved in a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of authority, operational standards, and obligations that the third operator must adhere to, such as compliance with safety regulations or reporting requirements. By clearly delineating the role and expectations for the third operator, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aware of their respective duties, thereby promoting smooth operations and reducing the risk of disputes.
