Operator Identified. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Owner hereby engages and retains Operator to provide the Services expressly specified under this Agreement, which include to Operate and Manage the Renewable Diesel Facility and provide the Secondment Services to support the business operations of the Renewable Diesel Facility. For avoidance of doubt, to the extent Operator shall provide any Corporate Services to Owner, the Parties shall enter into a separate agreement to address the provision of those services.
