Operator Identified. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Operator is hereby retained to perform, or cause to be performed, the Services.
Operator Identified. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Owner hereby engages and retains Operator and its Affiliates to provide the Services expressly specified under this Agreement, which include (i) the Operation and Management of the Renewable Fuels Facility and (ii) the provision of the operational, commercial, corporate and administrative services, in each case as outlined in Exhibit A to this Agreement, to support the operations of the Renewable Fuels Facility.
Operator Identified. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Owner hereby engages ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 66 Pipeline LLC, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 66 Pipeline LLC hereby accepts such engagement, as Operator to Operate the Facilities and to perform, or cause to be performed, the other services of Operator expressly specified in this Agreement.
