Common use of Operative Document Clause in Contracts

Operative Document. This Amendment is for all purposes an “Operative Document” as defined in the Amended Purchase Agreement, and all references to the “Agreement”, “Notes”, “Tranche 1 Notes” and “Tranche 2 Notes” in the Amended Purchase Agreement shall include and incorporate this Amendment, as applicable.
