Operations Transfer. The District assumed operational responsibility for the Lyons Regional Library on July 1, 2015, at which time the Town transferred to the District all materials previously housed in the library or stored for library use. The Town hereby agrees to allow the District to store library materials in a storage shed on Town property until the Library Building is complete.
