Common use of Operations Support Clause in Contracts

Operations Support. Subject to the Bylaws and policies of the Foundation, operations of the Foundation under this Agreement shall be integrated with the District operations, and shall be under the general supervision of the District officials. Such supervision shall be provided without cost to the Foundation.
