Operations Fire Control Plan31. The Certificate Holder shall develop an Operations Fire Control Plan in consultation with WDFW, and in coordination with other state and local agencies to minimize the risk of accidental fire during operation and ensure effective response to any fire that does occur. No later than sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of Commercial Operation, the Certificate Holder shall submit the Plan to EFSEC for review and approval. The Certificate Holder shall not begin Commercial Operation prior to obtaining Council approval.
