Operational Rules: Additional Terms. This Agreement is made subject to the Operating Rules. As part of your participation in the Program, you agree to be bound by and to fully comply with the Operating Rules and by all amendments or additions that may be made from time to time. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRI or its designated Settling Bank, the Interchange System, and their respective members for any failure by you to comply with the Operational Rules. The Operational Rules shall control to the extent of any inconsistency with this Agreement. This Agreement shall be automatically amended to reflect any change in any applicable Operational Rule.
