(referred to herein as KaBOOM!) is pleased that «CP» (referred to herein as the Community Partner) has agreed to collaborate with KaBOOM! and «FP» (referred to herein as the Funding Partner) in the construction of a new playground at «Site_Name», «Site_Address», «City», «State» «Zip» (the “Project”).
