Common use of Operational Flexibility Clause in Contracts

Operational Flexibility. Subject to Section 1 of this Annex, the designated airlines of each Party may, on any or all services and at the option of each airline: (a) perform services in either or both directions; (b) combine different flight numbers within one aircraft operation; (c) transfer traffic from any aircraft to any other aircraft at any point on the route, without directional or geographic limitation and without loss of any right to carry traffic otherwise permissible under this Agreement.
