Common use of Operational Directions Clause in Contracts

Operational Directions. (a) Acting reasonably, we may give Operational Directions about a Service. (b) Operational Directions will be directed to the safety, security or reliability of Facilities, compliance with Laws or dealing with an emergency. We will only give an Operational Direction as and when reasonably necessary. (c) You must comply with an applicable Operational Direction.
