Common use of Operational Date Clause in Contracts

Operational Date. The term "Operational Date" shall mean, as to each individual Licensed Premises, the first date when one (1) or more of the Gaming Devices are in operation for all hours of operation of the applicable Store.

Operational Date. The term "“Operational Date" ” shall mean, as to each individual Licensed Premisesof the respective Stores, the first date when one (1) or more of the OPERATOR’s Gaming Devices are in commence operation for all hours of operation of during which the applicable StoreStore is open to the public.
