OPERATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT TERMS. It is the intent of this Operational and Development portion of this Agreement is establish the terms of development, to limit the types of uses of uses on the Property, and to establish the terms and conditions of the use of the Property including, without limitation, the sound created by use of the Property. This Agreement shall not supersede or in any way modify the requirements of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Municipal Code.
