No later than 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter a reasonably detailed operating report substantially in the form of Exhibit C for the previous calendar quarter, which shall include reasonably detailed information with respect to the Project including a quarterly and year-to-date line item comparison of actual operating and financial results to the current budget; and
