OPERATING ZONE. An operational entity, which is: (a) responsible for compliance to NERC for a subset of NERC Balancing Authority Reliability Standards defined in this Agreement for their local area within the SBAA, (b) a Party to this Agreement, excluding SPP, and (c) shown in Appendix A to this Agreement.
OPERATING ZONE. Each ROV shall be assigned to and operated in the Operating Zone, under this Agreement.
