Operating System and Software Supportability. Contractor shall warrant that Contractor and its employees, subcontractors, partners and third party providers will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that the Systems Technology, Services, and any deliverables do not have dependencies on other operating systems or software that are no longer supported by Contractor, or its subcontractors, partners and third-party providers.
