OPERATING POLICY. The CAM-PLEX Operating Policy, is attached, or enclosed herewith, and made a part hereof. The LESSEE hereby agrees to comply with all requirements contained therein, as well as honor all stipulations regarding same. Non-compliance with any item(s) stated in said Operating Policy will be just cause for cancellation and/or refusal of the date by facility management. If there is any conflict between this Lease Agreement and the Operating Policy, the Operating Policy shall prevail.
