Common use of Operating Parameters Clause in Contracts

Operating Parameters. As of the Effective Date, the Facilities and warehouse space are those as listed on Exhibit C. The warehouse space within a Facility available to Client from time to time for the storage of the Products shall be referred to as the “Storage Area.”
