Common use of Operating Parameters Clause in Contracts

Operating Parameters. (A) Seller shall: (i) have the sole responsibility to, and shall at its sole expense, operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with all requirements set forth in this Agreement, and (ii) comply with reasonable requirements of EPE regarding Day-to-Day or hour-by-hour communications with EPE. Seller agrees to operate the Facility in such a manner that Solar Energy delivered by Seller will meet all applicable requirements for voltage level, harmonics, power factor, vars, ancillary services and other electrical specifications required by the Transmission Provider. (B) Seller shall operate the Facility in accordance with all system protection equipment as required by the Interconnection Agreement.
