Operating Logs Clause Samples
The Operating Logs clause requires parties to maintain detailed records of operations, activities, or transactions relevant to the agreement. Typically, this involves keeping logs of daily activities, equipment usage, or other operational data, which may need to be made available for inspection or audit by the other party upon request. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability in operations, enabling both parties to verify compliance and resolve disputes based on accurate records.
Operating Logs. Borrower shall, at its sole cost and expense, (a) maintain at the Property daily operating logs showing, among other things, the electrical output of the Facilities, (b) keep maintenance and repair reports in sufficient detail to indicate the nature and date of all work done, (c) maintain a current operating manual and a complete set of plans, accounting records and specifications reflecting all alterations and (d) maintain all other records, logs and other materials required by the Operating Contract or any Governmental Requirements.
Operating Logs. The Lessee shall keep maintenance and repair reports in sufficient detail to indicate the nature and date of major work done. Such reports shall be kept on file by the Lessee at its offices or at the Facility for as long as they would be kept by a prudent Lessor or Lessee of the Facility (but in no event less than three (3) years following the end of the Term), and shall be made available to the Lessor upon reasonable request.
