Operating Limitations. Net Scheduled Generating Unit operating limitations shall be set forth in Schedule 1 of this Agreement, the resource data template used for transmittal of Participating Generator technical data to the CAISO pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties.
