Operating Inventory. On the Commencement Date, all Operating Inventory shall be transferred from Lessor to Lessee so that it accompanies the Leased Property. During the term of this Lease, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall furnish and maintain at the Leased Property all Operating Inventory necessary or desirable for the operation of the Leased Property in accordance with the provisions of this Lease. Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain and replace the Operating Inventory so that substantially the same quantities of such items that existed on the Commencement Date shall be available to Lessor on the termination of this Lease.
