Common use of Operating Expense Limit Clause in Contracts

Operating Expense Limit. The maximum Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.28%, 1.78% and 1.03% of the average daily net assets of Class A Shares, Class C Shares and Institutional Shares, respectively, of the Fund.

Operating Expense Limit. The maximum Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.28%, 1.781.45% and 1.031.20% of the average daily net assets of attributable to Investor Class A Shares, Class C Shares shares and Institutional SharesClass shares, respectively, of the Fund.

Operating Expense Limit. The Fund’s maximum operating expense limit (“Operating Expense Limit Limit) in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.28%, 1.78% and 1.031.65% of the average daily net assets of the Investor Class A Shares, shares of the Fund and 1.65% of the average daily net assets of the Institutional Class C Shares and Institutional Shares, respectively, shares of the Fund.

Operating Expense Limit. The maximum Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.28%a rate, 1.78% and 1.03% calculated as an annualized percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets of Class A Sharesand equal to: (1) 1. 75% in periods prior to May 1, Class C Shares 2017; and Institutional Shares(2) 1.25% in periods beginning on May 1, respectively, of the Fund2017.

Operating Expense Limit. The maximum Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.28%, 1.781.15% and 1.030.90% of the average daily net assets of Class A Shares, Class C Shares and Institutional Trust Shares, respectively, of the Fund.

Operating Expense Limit. The maximum Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.28%, 1.781.29% and 1.031.04% of the average daily net assets of Class A Shares, Class C Shares and Institutional Shares, respectively, of the Fund.

Operating Expense Limit. The maximum Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.281.25%, 1.781.75% and 1.031.00% of the average daily net assets of Class A Shares, Class C Shares and Institutional Shares, respectively, of the Fund.
