Common use of Operating Expense Limit Clause in Contracts

Operating Expense Limit. The Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.75% (annualized) of the average daily net assets of the Fund.

Operating Expense Limit. The Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Fund shall be 1.751.50% (annualized) of the average daily net assets of the FundPortfolio, or such other rate as may be agreed to in writing by the parties.
