Common use of Operating Equipment Clause in Contracts

Operating Equipment. The Contractor is granted the use of certain Operating Equipment as listed in the inventory attached hereto as Exhibit A-3. The use of such Operating Equipment is granted by the Authority to the Contractor without charge, and in an "as is" condition, for its use for the duration of the Contract Term.

Operating Equipment. The Contractor is granted assigned the nonexclusive use of certain that portion of the Operating Equipment as which is listed in the inventory attached hereto as Exhibit A-3. The use of such Operating Equipment is granted by the Authority to the Contractor without charge, and in an "as “as-is" ” condition, for its use for the duration of the Contract Term.
