Operating Board Voting. Each Operating Board Representative will have one (1) vote on issues that come before the Operating Board. Alternates may participate in Operating Board meetings and discussions, but may only vote when serving in the absence of that alternate’s Representative. Operating Board meetings and meeting notices must conform to the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act (Chapter 42.30 RCW).
