OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES. The Borrower shall, subject to applicable laws and rules, regulations and orders of regulatory bodies, operate and maintain the System in accordance with standards of operation and maintenance generally accepted for corporations of the size and character of the Borrower.
