Open Space Dedication. Concurrent with recordation of each plat for the Project, the Developer shall dedicate approximately nine (9) acres of permanent open space in the general locations as depicted on the Preliminary Plat.
Open Space Dedication. Open space and parkland dedication requirements shall be determined in conjunction with the preliminary subdivision plat, and assessed at the time of final subdivision plat in accordance with City requirements in place at that time. However, such open space and parkland dedication requirements shall not exceed 9.6 acres of the Annexation Property.
