Open Source Software, or Clause Samples

Open Source Software, or. “OSS,” means computer software components with its source code made available and licensed with an open-source license in which the copyright holder provides the rights to study, change, and distribute such software components for free to anyone and for any purpose. To the extent not expressly restricted or reserved by the applicable OSS license, OSS as used herein does not include any derivate works developed by Licensor.
