Common use of OPEN SEASONS/ON RAMP Clause in Contracts

OPEN SEASONS/ON RAMP. The Government may consider conducting an open-season/on-ramp at any option periods or any time during the life of the program to admit new companies into the program, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. If deemed eligible, companies whose original proposals were not accepted or MOAs were not renewed will be allowed to submit proposals during open seasons. Additionally, the MOA holder who is interested in qualifying for other FAs that it does not have, may submit proposals during open seasons.
