Open Beta Sample Clauses

Open Beta. No later than May 31, 2020, Licensee shall release the Open Beta version of the License Game on at least one (1) of the Licensed Platforms in the United States and officially submit the build to the appropriate Chinese authorities for approval to release the game in the Chinese market. Licensee further agrees and commits to commercially release the Licensed Game on all Licensed Platforms in the United States (“Commercial Launch”) within six (6) months following the Open Beta; In no event will Commercial Launch occur later than November 30, 2020. For the purposes of clarity, Licensee agrees and understands that the aforementioned amendments to delivery schedule in no way impacts, alters or otherwise amends (i) Licensee’s obligations with respect to the payment of Guarantees under Section 2 (Financial Terms) of the Agreement and (ii) the Term of the Agreement.
