OPEN AREAS Sample Clauses
The "Open Areas" clause defines which parts of a property are designated as shared or common spaces accessible to all tenants or occupants. Typically, this clause outlines areas such as lobbies, hallways, parking lots, or recreational facilities, specifying that these spaces are not for the exclusive use of any single tenant. By clearly identifying open areas, the clause helps prevent disputes over access and usage, ensuring all parties understand their rights and responsibilities regarding shared property features.
