Open and Public Meetings. Manager acknowledges and agrees that because Manager will be expending public funds in the form of Assessments and SBEP grant funds under this Agreement, all portions of meetings of Manager’s Board of Directors at which this Agreement, Activities, Assessments, or SBEP grant funds are discussed shall be conducted in accordance with the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act, California Government Code sections 54950-54963.
