OPBA Representatives Sample Clauses

OPBA Representatives. Representative(s) of the OPBA shall be admitted to the Employer’s facilities for the purpose of processing grievances or attending meetings as permitted herein. Upon arrival, the OPBA representative(s) shall identify themselves to the Employer or the Employer’s designated representative.
