OPBA Delegates Clause Samples
The 'OPBA Delegates' clause defines the appointment and role of individuals or entities who are authorized to act on behalf of the OPBA (Ontario Public Buyers Association) in specific matters outlined in the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the scope of authority granted to these delegates, such as making decisions, providing approvals, or communicating with other parties, and may outline procedures for their designation or replacement. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and efficiency in decision-making by formally identifying who can represent the OPBA, thereby reducing confusion and streamlining interactions between parties.
