Common use of Onshore Clause in Contracts

Onshore. Cable Civil Works Agreement, dated as of September 21, 2020 (the “Onshore Civil Works Agreement”), between Vineyard Wind LLC and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation, together with the Conditions of Contract, the Employer’s Requirements and the Schedules (as defined therein) thereto, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Contract Agreement, dated as of September 22, 2020, as assigned to Vineyard Wind 1 LLC by that certain Assignment and Assumption Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2021 between Vineyard Wind LLC and Vineyard Wind 1 LLC (as amended by that certain Omnibus Amendment No. 1 to Assignment and Assumption Agreements, dated as of August 28, 2021), and as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Contract Agreement, effective as of January 15, 2021, that certain Third Amendment to Contract Agreement, dated as of January 15, 2021 and that certain Fourth Amendment to Contract Agreement, dated as of August 13, 2021.
