ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS. 28.1 Online Bidders shall also be bound by the Online Terms and Conditions of Sale contained at xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx in addition to the Conditions of Sale as stated herein. If there are conflicts or inconsistencies between the Online Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Conditions of Sale herein, the provisions in this Conditions of Sale shall prevail.

ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS. You agree that, in addition to this Agreement, Your access to and use of the Site is governed by any terms of use, terms of service, end user license agreement or click-through provisions governing the use of the Site published, presented, or otherwise made available to You and/or Your personnel by eCourt Reporters, either directly or through the Site (collectively, the “Terms of Service”). The Terms of Service are incorporated herein by this reference.

The Contractor hereby releases and holds the City harmless from and against any liability or claim for damages of any kind or nature if the actual site or service conditions differ from expected conditions. The contractor shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions for the safety of their employees, City Staff, participants and others on or near the City’s facilities.
