Ongoing Payment Obligations Clause Samples

The Ongoing Payment Obligations clause establishes the requirement for one or both parties to continue making specified payments throughout the duration of the agreement, regardless of other circumstances. This may include regular fees, royalties, or installment payments that must be paid on a recurring basis, even if certain services are delayed or other obligations are being disputed. By clearly outlining these continuing payment responsibilities, the clause ensures consistent cash flow and prevents disputes over whether payments are still due during the contract term.
