Common use of Ongoing Improvement Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Improvement. 1.9.1.1 The parties bound by the Agreement acknowledge that the provision of health services in this State is subject to ongoing development and restructuring in order that the best possible health outcomes are achieved for the people of South Australia.
