Common use of Ongoing Grants Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Grants. Executive will be eligible for consideration for additional equity grants, including those for which other senior executives of the Company are eligible generally, during the Employment Term in the sole discretion of the Chief Executive Company of Valeant and the Committee.
