Ongoing Evolution of Program. Periodically and when necessary during the Term of this Agreement, the Parties will meet to discuss the ongoing evolution of the food waste processing and disposal program. The Parties agree to use good faith efforts to resolve issues that arise based on concerns or impacts identified throughout the life of the project.
