Ongoing Data Access Sample Clauses

Ongoing Data Access. Company shall grant Arranger continuous access to its internal systems that provide all underlying detailed data for Customers, Reference Cohorts, Reference Income, calculation of Cohort Threshold Tests, Actual Growth Spend and all other related information reasonably needed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, on behalf of the applicable Investors. Company shall not make any personal information, as defined by any Data Protection Law applicable to Company or the information, accessible to Arranger in breach of applicable Data Protection Laws. Company shall notify Arranger within five (5) business days after discovery of any such personal information made accessible to Arranger in Company's systems in breach of applicable Data Protection Laws.
