Onetime Fixed Fee Sample Clauses

The Onetime Fixed Fee clause establishes a single, predetermined payment amount for a specific service or project, rather than using hourly rates or ongoing payments. In practice, this means the client pays a lump sum upfront or upon completion, regardless of the actual time or resources expended by the service provider. This approach provides cost certainty for the client and simplifies billing, while also ensuring the provider is compensated for the agreed scope of work. The core function of this clause is to eliminate ambiguity around payment terms and prevent disputes over additional charges or time spent.
