Common use of One-Time Fee Clause in Contracts

One-Time Fee. For Fiscal Year 2021-22, ExED will charge a one-time fee of $25,000 for work related to Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, American Rescue Plan Act, and state COVID-19 funds reporting. ExED will include the one-time fee in or after the February 2022 invoice.
