Common use of One Counsel Clause in Contracts

One Counsel. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Loan Documents to the contrary, fees and expenses of legal counsel due and owing under the Loan Documents shall be limited to reasonable fees, disbursements and other charges of one counsel and if reasonably necessary or advisable, of a single local counsel in each appropriate jurisdiction and, in the case of an actual or perceived conflict of interest, one additional counsel for each affected party.
