For a period of 24 months beginning on the date hereof, On2 will provide E-world with phone and email Source Code porting, optimization and integration technical support ("Technical Support"). Technical Support shall be available at such times as On2 and E-world shall mutually agree, but at a minimum such support shall be available during On2's normal business hours. To the extent On2 or E-world is required to have its employees travel as a part of rendering or receiving the Technical Support, each party will pay its own travel and lodging expenses associated therewith.
