ON RAMP PROCEDURES Clause Samples

ON RAMP PROCEDURES. The potential Offerors are subject to the following guidance: 1. Publishing an on-ramping notice to ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in accordance with FAR Part 5, Publicizing Contract Actions. 2. Issuing an on-ramping Solicitation under current Federal procurement law to include the total anticipated number of new contracts that the Government intends to award. 3. Any Offeror that meets the eligibility requirements set forth in the on-ramping Solicitation may submit a proposal response. 4. An Offeror’s proposal must comply with the following to be considered for an award: i. Meet all of the criteria of the original Solicitation. ii. Be evaluated on the same evaluation factor as the original Solicitation. iii. Ensure the terms and conditions are materially identical to the existing version of this PSMI MAC. iv. The ordering term for any new awards is in conjunction with the existing term for all other Contractors.
ON RAMP PROCEDURES. The Government reserves the right to announce a new competition (On-Ramp) for the purpose of adding additional IDIQ contract holders. On-Ramp procedures may be implemented three and six years after issuance of contracts resulting from this solicitation. This will occur by the release of a new solicitation mirroring this T-11 IDIQ solicitation, W911QY-19-R-0012, although the solicitation number may change. Future solicitations will utilize the same basis of award established in the initial T-11 IDIQ solicitation, W911QY-19-R-0012. On-Ramp notification procedures will include publicizing a notice on FedBizOps, issuing a solicitation, and conducting a source selection. Any resulting contracts awarded will include the same terms and conditions as the basic contract. On-Ramped Contractor awards will mirror the same ordering periods as the contracts resulting from this solicitation so that ordering periods mirror one another. Therefore, on-ramped contracts may have a shortened overall period of performance based upon when the on-ramping occurs. Neither the overall final ordering date nor the ceiling of the basic contract will be changed as a result of implementing On-Ramp procedures. The Contracting Officer anticipates issuing two new solicitations for the purpose of on-ramping provided that there are additional vendors on the QPL.
