Common use of On-Call Rates Clause in Contracts

On-Call Rates. ‌ For the term of this agreement “On-Call Duty” will be as follows: “On-Call Duty” will be paid $45.00 per day, plus $75.00 for Saturday, Sunday and each Statutory Holiday.
