On-Call Purpose. On-call Differential Pay shall be paid to employees, designated by the Superintendent or his / her designee, for the purpose of monitoring weather conditions and complete snow and ice removal. Employees will be prescheduled from November through April and will assume to be paid for on-call services, unless instructed it is not necessary by the start of their work shift on Thursday.
