Omissions or Errors. In the event that there are errors or omissions in the printed cast listing in the program, the Producer agrees that upon receipt of written notice of an omission or error in such cast listing, the Producer will, within 24 hours (including at least one business day), place in the program a printed slip correcting the omission or error, and will also correct the omission or error in the next printing of the program, provided such notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the press deadline. Souvenir programs shall be corrected at the next printing.
Omissions or Errors. In the event there are errors or omissions in the printed and/or online cast list, printed program, and/or online program, whichever is applicable, the Producer agrees that upon receipt of written notice of an omission or error in such cast listing, the Producer will, within 24 hours (including at least one business day), distribute printed slips correcting the omission or error in the printed cast list or update the online cast list, and will also correct the omission or error in the next printing of the program, provided such notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the press deadline, or to the online program within one week of receipt of notice. Souvenir programs shall be corrected at the next printing.
Omissions or Errors. The above-mentioned penalty provisions will not apply where the Company fails to submit a premium or premiums because of a clerical omission or error.
